Instant Gratification and the Tablet

Instant gratification, of course, isn't always selfish; sometimes it means being able to achieve our goals more efficiently. After all, if we're driven to improve and perform at our best, it's gratifying to be able to apply ourselves more effectively. As demonstrated in this video on the Samsung Galaxy Tab, a tablet is a device than can really advance how we strive for our best performance. Instant usability of photo and video recording, that is, being able to take photos and videos and then instantly view them on the same, highly portable device, can significantly facilitate training sessions and performace evaluations, for example, wherever applicable. We've all heard that a picture is worth a thousand words. Well, the tablet really allows us to make instant use of that principle, and enhances it with internet capability. So the tablet also facilitates sharing or accessing relevant information to enhance the aforementioned visual image capabilities.

Can you imagine all the applications for these capabilities?…from medical purposes, to interior decorating, to athletic training, to enhancing our personal lives? Think of the applications! Although given the portability of laptops, one might first consider a tablet superfluous, it is however a much easier portability than the laptop, and that's a significant advantage. It's also easier to read and use than the screen on a smartphone, so it's like the best of both, and of course, you can also use it for listening to music. What will you do with this new advantage? How will it enhance your life, and that of your family? The possibilites are there for the exploring!
